Skate plazas are all about rails, drops, ledges and stairs... all the obstacles skaters have been skating downtown for years.  A skate plaza is a cast-in-place concrete skatepark that exceeds the excitement of downtown skating and can be a very affordable way to provide a safe haven for your skaters. Using as little as 1,000 square feet, Who Skates can even design and build a skate plaza by using local excavation and concrete suppliers and build your community a park for as little as $5 to $10 per square foot.

Looking like any downtown city park, a skate plaza can utilize otherwise less-than-perfect sites and turn them into active and attractive additions to the community.  Concrete skate plazas are virtually maintenance free for many years.  They are much quieter than the steel/aluminum municipal skateparks of the past and fit well into residential neighborhoods and schoolyards, both functionally and aesthetically.  The smooth, even riding surfaces of our concrete parks are designed with skater safety and enjoyment in mind.
